Heritage (Mote Park)
Largely wheel chair and buggy accessible, this is the most used trail in Mote Park, and offers a wonderful time-out among native and exotic tree species. It also offers two viewing points overlooking the Original Estate Lands, and Lough Ree itself. There are two ring Forts contiguous to the trail and adequate sign posting will ensure 'Lost-souls' are kept to a minimum. Unusual trees are to be seen North and West of the Forest Entrance.
