The Inchindrisla Loop - waymarked green is located in the western section of Colligan Woods. Inchindrisla or Inse an Drisligh which means 'bramble water meadow' leads the walker alongside the Colligan River before going gently uphill into the forest. From here you will get expansive views of the surrounding woodlands, farm lands, Dungarvan Harbour and Helvick Head in the distance. Tree species to observe along the way include; beech, Sitka Spruce, Douglas and Nobel Fir and young oak. The trail loops back and to the picnic area and trailhead.
