As the name suggests this trail takes the walker to various lakes and water course in the park. This is the longest trail in Rossmore . The walk affords walker fine views of the neighbouring countryside .Tree species which can be seen include Norway and Sitka spruce, oak, ash and beech. A special feature of this trail is the display of Rhododendron which can be seen at it's finest at Castle lake. The trail offers a wide range of wildlife due to the diversity of habitats present in the park.
