This trail takes the walker along the Glensaul river. On the way there are excellent views of the river with seating on the river bank. At the furthest end of the trail we have the focal point which is a waterfall on the river. The trail then heads back at the highest part of the wood and gives excellent views of the millennium forest below. The species of trees which can be seen include Sitka spruce, birch, ash and holly. The trail is just a path through the wood at this point. Further on it reverts to a forest road and returns to the car park.
