Sligo Way (Union Wood)
This trail is through a large block of forest with both broadleaf and coniferous trees of different ages. The species of trees which can be seen include Sitka and Norway spruce along with oak ash and beech. There is a viewing point adjacent to the trail with a strenuous climb in reaching it but the effort will be rewarded as it gives an excellent view of the surrounding countryside.
