Lough Namanlagh Trail

Trail description

This trail is by way of Bonnyglen Lough and onto Lough Namanlagh with some smaller lakes to be seen along the route. Tree species which can be seen include Sitka spruce, Lodgepole pine, European Larch and alder. There is a rich variety of wildlife including foxes, badgers and pine marten. There is also a local heron colony with nesting sites in the area.
