Slí Doire Na Coise
Slí Doire Na Coise gets is name for one of the townlands that the trail passes through, namely Derreennacusha or 'Little Oak Wood of the Leg'.
As a contrast to the high hills, this is a gentle walk from the lower car park, along by the infant river Lee, over a number of foot bridges and on towards the lake shore. On the way back, you travel through magnificent Larches and Spruces, join up with the motor trail and take your pick of destinations from there.
